Keen sportsman Michel enjoys a beautiful holiday in a circus.

A tv series meant for children, featuring clown Kiri and his small circus troupe : horserider Laura, Ratibus the cat, Pip’lett the parrot and Bianca the mare.

With her poodle dog Mr. Too Little, young Mindy is a circus performer. Mr. Too Big is a tiger, trained by Mindy's mother. The head of the circus is an angry man who has trained dogs and is mad at Mindy as she took Mr. Too Little away as a pet even though the dog was one of the most intelligent and talented ever. Many Circus acts perform during the movie. The police get involved when first, Mr. Too Little runs away, then there is an accident and Mr. Too Big escapes from the circus.

Egon and his friends go up against the plans of the orphanage director, his wife and his brother, who seek to damage a circus that came to town.

Olsen vient de découvrir que le directeur de l'orphelinat, Sigvald Pettersen, sa femme Mathilde et son frère Thorvald ont organisé le sabotage du Flamingo Circus, de passage dans la ville, dans le but de s'en emparer. Tous trois ont mis au point un plan machiavélique impliquant un dangereux gang d'escrocs muni d'une bombe cachée dans une mallette rouge. Secondé par ses amis Kjelle, Benny et Dynamite Harry, Olsen va tenter de déjouer les projets du trio diabolique.
