Soviet cruise shop « Evgeni Onegin » is carrying cages with tigers and lions for a Soviet circus. One loose monkey unlocks all the cages, letting all the big cats out. Fortunately, young, joyful and fanciful canteen employee Marianne is onboard and to everyone’s astonishment, she will manage to take the situation under control…

With her poodle dog Mr. Too Little, young Mindy is a circus performer. Mr. Too Big is a tiger, trained by Mindy's mother. The head of the circus is an angry man who has trained dogs and is mad at Mindy as she took Mr. Too Little away as a pet even though the dog was one of the most intelligent and talented ever. Many Circus acts perform during the movie. The police get involved when first, Mr. Too Little runs away, then there is an accident and Mr. Too Big escapes from the circus.

Anny Hardy est une cascadeuse/parachutiste, mariée à "Speed" Hardy, qui dirige une troupe de théâtre. Elle rencontre Bud Murray, suite à une cascade qu'ils doivent effectuer ensemble. Ce dernier dont elle tombe amoureuse, est le frère du partenaire de Speed. Speed, psychologiquement instable suite à sa participation à la Première Guerre Mondiale, apprend cela, et tend un piège à Bud : il lui propose un saut en parachute, tout en s'assurant que ses lignes soient coupées.
