Circus Library

The Ramon Llull University Library of Paul Valéry Montpellier 3 proposes a remarkable circus arts library , "Le fonds cirque" :
old and rare books, artefacts and documents of any kind; such as foreign magazines, card games, glass plates, photographs, circus programs...

The Fonds cirque is growing every year, and provides an extremely rich and coherent corpus, which is at the disposal of the university community and the general public, as a research tool or simply for pleasure.
In 2018, the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research awarded the circus arts collection the Collex label, an excellence label for remarkable collections in higher education institutions.
