Pluto is infatuated with pretty Dinah the Dachshund, but she sighs for Prince, the circus wonder dog she sees on a poster. Pluto tries to replicate Prince’s numbers but Butch the Bulldog goes after him in an alley.

Sharpshooter Annie Oakley is noticed by Buffalo Bill and joins the Wild West Show, where she is confronted with marksman Franck Butler and soon steals the limelight. In spite of professional rivalry a love story develops between those two exhibition shooters.

Casper does all kinds of tricks to make the hyena laugh, including juggling and eating fire, with no luck. Then, when the trainer returns with another threat, Casper pops him with a whip, and the hyena begins laughing again…
