Rocco has a beautiful voice and Flip, as a former famous tenor, will teach him how to sing. Rocco then meets a manager and gets a contract… That is when his father barges in.

A burglar seeks refuge in the circus to escape the police and arrives right in the middle of a performance with a wild cage to the delight of the spectators, who take him for a clown…

A cop has a cousin who is a thief. One day, while chasing him he ends up in a room with a murdered man. The two are photographed at the murder scene and believed to be the assassins. The police however believe in their innocence and send the odd couple on the trail of the real murderer who is thought to be working in a circus.
